Before we start

I've been burned by an AI project before. Why would this be different?

Because the failure usually isn't technical. Research puts it at 74% of companies failing to get tangible value from AI investments, and 70% of implementation problems turn out to be people and process issues rather than technology. Most failed projects were competently built solutions to questions that didn't matter commercially, or automations layered on top of a process that was broken to begin with. Automating a broken process doesn't fix it — it just produces waste faster.

What makes you different from other AI consultants?

We map the process before recommending any technology. Plamen, who leads the work, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt as well as a data scientist, so the first question is always where the time and money actually go — not which tool to buy. Most AI audits work the other way round: ask what annoys you, then prescribe software. Sometimes AI is the right answer. Sometimes it is. Sometimes the honest answer is that eliminating a step costs nothing and beats automating it. That's the difference between a tool list and a roadmap.

Do you resell AI tools or take commissions from vendors?

No. We don't resell software and we take no vendor commissions or referral fees. A recommendation to use a cheap tool, an open-source one, or nothing at all costs us nothing, so you get an unbiased answer — including the recommendation to not buy anything. It's also why the AI tools directory on this site carries no affiliate links.

Our data is a mess. Are we even ready for AI?

That's common, and it's valuable to know upfront. Assessing data readiness is part of the work, scored across data quality and availability, infrastructure, process maturity, team capabilities, and governance. If your data needs work before AI makes sense, we'll tell you exactly what to fix first. "Our data isn't ready" is usually true in general and false in particular — most businesses have at least one process where the data is good enough to act on today.

The AI ROI Roadmap Session

What is the AI ROI Roadmap Session and what do I actually get?

A 90-minute live online session, followed by three documents delivered within 72 hours and a 30-minute follow-up call. The documents are split by who reads them: the AI ROI Roadmap itself (8–12 page PDF, for you), a Leadership One-Pager written to survive being forwarded to your boss without editing, and a First Week Plan of five days at 30 minutes a day, so you get a real result before the follow-up call. The roadmap contains 3–5 prioritized opportunities with an ROI estimate and stated assumptions for each, a page showing exactly how every number was built, your AI readiness across five dimensions, and a 90-day action plan.

How much does the AI ROI Roadmap Session cost?

€697, excluding VAT where applicable. If you go on to have us help with implementation, the full €697 comes off the cost of any engagement agreed within 60 days — and you keep the roadmap either way.

How long does it take, and how soon can I book?

Booking is typically 1–2 weeks out, since capacity is limited to six sessions a month. Once we've had the live session, your roadmap is in your inbox within 72 hours, and the follow-up call is scheduled 3–5 days after that so you've had time to read it properly.

What if the roadmap isn't worth what I paid?

There's a 10× guarantee. We'll identify at least €7,000 in annual opportunity — ten times the fee — quantified, with every assumption shown so you can check the arithmetic yourself. If we don't, tell us within 7 days of receiving your roadmap and we'll refund you in full, no questions. We can promise that because in most businesses the waste is already there and has simply never been measured. €7,000 is the floor, not the target.

How do you find opportunities in 90 minutes that a longer audit would miss?

Two layers and two lenses. First a fast structured scan across every major function — sales, delivery, onboarding, billing, reporting, capacity planning, compliance — then a deep dive on the two or three that actually hold the money. You don't map a process until something tells you which process is worth mapping. And every function gets tested on two questions, not one: what's running badly, and what's running blind. The second — profit per client, true capacity, which customers are about to leave — is usually worth more, and it's what most AI consultants never look for.

Can I share the roadmap with my team or leadership?

Yes. The Leadership One-Pager exists specifically for that — findings in business language, structured as problem, root cause, solution, ROI, timeline and what you need, and written to be forwarded or used in a budget approval conversation without you having to rewrite it.

The Data & AI Masterclass

What is The Data & AI Masterclass?

A 15-day self-paced course for non-technical professionals who own the work — project and product leads, operations people, team leads and managers. It's about an hour a day, roughly 10 hours of video across 3 modules and 9 lessons, plus 15 business-ready templates, a certificate of completion, and access to a private community. It teaches the method: how to map a process, find the waste, and decide what's worth automating.

How much is the course, and do I need a technical background?

The regular price is €297, with a launch discount running at €148 — the checkout page always shows the current figure. No technical background is needed. If you can use Excel or Google Sheets and a browser, you can do it; there's no coding and no advanced maths. It is deliberately too basic for working data scientists and AI engineers.

What's the difference between the course and the Roadmap Session?

The course teaches you the method. The session is Plamen applying that method to your business, with 15 years of judgement about which findings are real and what they're actually worth. A cookbook doesn't replace a chef. If you want to build the capability in-house, take the course. If you want the answer for your specific business in 72 hours, book the session.

What if the course isn't for me?

There's a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, and you keep the bonuses. Access is for life, including every future update.

Working together

Who is this not for?

The Roadmap Session isn't right for early-stage startups with no revenue or customer data yet, for anyone without budget authority or influence over the people who have it, or for anyone who wants to explore with no intention of acting. It's also not a coding engagement — the session itself is strategy, though implementation is available separately. And if you're expecting overnight results, AI takes work; we'd rather say so now than after you've paid.

Is my company too small?

There's no hard revenue floor. The honest caveat is that the opportunities scale with the business: below roughly €5M in revenue there's simply less waste to find, so the identified return tends to be smaller even though the method works the same. If you're well under that, the Masterclass is usually the better starting point — you get the method for a fraction of the cost and can apply it yourself.

Do you only advise, or do you implement as well?

Both. The Roadmap Session is deliberately strategy — its job is to tell you where to spend effort. After that, many clients implement with their own teams, and the roadmap is written so they can. If you'd rather have help, we take on implementation projects and ongoing retainers, working through the same Discover, Design, Deliver framework, and your €697 comes off the cost. It's discussed on the follow-up call, with no obligation either way.

Do you work remotely, and what industries do you cover?

Remote by default, working with clients across the US and EU; in-person is possible within Bulgaria. We've worked across pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, logistics, retail, HR and professional services. Process engineering isn't industry-specific, and we research your sector before we meet.

How is our confidential business information handled?

Nothing shared during a session, assessment or deliverable is disclosed to a third party without your consent — findings, business-specific insights and data all stay confidential, as set out in the terms and conditions on this site, alongside a mutual NDA. Personal data is stored within the EU under GDPR. The business also carries professional indemnity cover, which you can verify independently through the exali seal in the footer.

Who will actually be doing the work?

Plamen Rabadzhiyski, directly. Engagements are led and delivered by him rather than handed to a junior team: 15+ years improving business processes with data, including data initiatives at Cargill and HP, and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Past work includes identifying €200k+ in marketing optimization opportunities through mix modeling, a 30% improvement in forecasting accuracy, and 15+ hours a week saved through automation. Where a piece of delivery work is larger than one person should take on, we say so and scope it accordingly rather than overcommitting.
